It’s a really nice inadvertent way of being fit, just giving yourself over to the perfectionism of a sport. Before, it’d either be with a coach or with decent players. I play tennis a lot, quite seriously, so that is usually the cornerstone of my cardio work – three, four times a week, an hour and a half to two hours each time. I don’t quite know when they’re coming back, because we have this lockdown, and there’s a lot more space where they are, so they’re probably better off where they are.” Working out So I got the chance to be selfish and self-obsessed, as opposed to being a whirling dervish taking care of three people’s needs.
